We had a lovely dinner at Cassio Restaurant and Pizzeria in Tooting Bec tonight and wanted to give a special shoutout to Antonio, our waiter, who truly made the evening. From the moment we arrived, Antonio greeted us with such warmth and professionalism. He was incredibly attentive without being intrusive, made great recommendations, and brought a really positive energy to our experience. The food was fantastic — generous portions, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The atmosphere was cosy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed evening out. It was our first time here last night and we can definitely say we will be back. We brought our large dog with us and was very welcome. Antonio our waiter was a delight.
The food was so good and the servers Antonio and Marina were wonderful. Antonio was the perfect server, he made us feel welcomed and entertained the whole night and brought a lovely atmosphere to our experience. It was by far the best restaurant experience I’ve had and I will definitely be coming again.
It was amazing!! The service was the best I have had in a while, the food was very good and the customer service was AMAZING!! Our server was amazing and was called Antonio. He was truly one of a kind and I have never experienced service like it!! The espresso martinis by martina were the best I have had for a while and definitely the best in Tooting Bec!!
I have been eating in this place for many years and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed their food every times with the freshest fish you serve. Antonio is their new and most friendliest staff so far full of live all the time. Do support your local. I’ll give the thumbs up.
Cassio is the kind of restaurant that makes you feel like you’ve just discovered a hidden gem..even though it's clear they know exactly what they’re doing. We came here for a date night and left already planning our return. We started with the Avocado al Granchio Gratinato, which was super rich, flavourful, and unique. For mains, the Pappardelle dello Chef was silky and indulgent, while the Grilled Mixed Fish special was fresh, expertly prepared, and perfectly paired with a bottle of Falanghina. In terms of service, our waiter, Antonio, is an absolute legend. Funny, attentive, effortlessly charming, the man has it all..he brought an energy to the evening that elevated the entire experience. Like a shot of espresso in human form, he added just the right amount of flair without ever overstepping. He alone is worth the return trip. Between the warm, homey atmosphere, fantastic food, and exceptional service, Cassio ticks every box. It’s rare to find a place that nails every element of a night out, but this one does. We’ll definitely be back.
We had a lovely time, Antonia was an amazing waiter, he gave great suggestions for food and Marina made the best Limoncello martinis, would recommend here if you’re looking for a lovely Italian spot.
